Pivotal Hotel Advisors is a boutique advisory and consulting firm specializing in the hospitality industry. Leveraging best practices in both hotel investment and operations, we take a hands-on and comprehensive approach to asset management that strives to be as dynamic as the properties we serve.
Vanessa Williams
Founder & Principal
Vanessa leverages her passion for hospitality and sharp attention to detail to helping a range of consulting clients maximize their investment goals.
Over the course of her career, Ms. Williams has provided asset management oversight for investments totaling over $3.0B.
Prior to founding Pivotal Hotel Advisors in 2018, she served as Director of Hotel Asset Management for Building and Land Technology, where she managed a $1.1B hotel portfolio with 61 hotels. Ms. Williams also held asset management roles with leading management, investment and private equity firms including Highgate Hotels, after beginning her career as a valuation and feasibility consultant for HVS in Singapore.
Ms. Williams holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Babson College.
In her free time, Vanessa is an avid distance swimmer and ocean conservation advocate and serves on the Board of Directors for two nonprofits, PlasticFreeRestaurants.org and Dancewave, Inc.
